+ People v. Tanner
A California Supreme Court opinion holding that sending our client to prison would be unjust, despite the mandatory requirement that he be sent to prison for using a firearm in the commission of a robbery. People v. Tanner, 24 Cal.3d 514 (1979).

+ United States v. Shiah
A United States District Court opinion acquitting our client on all charges involving stealing, misappropriation, duplication, copying and possession of alleged trade secrets. United States v. Shiah, 2008 WL 11230384, Case No. SA CR 06-92 DOC (C.D. Cal. Feb. 19, 2008) (not reported).

+ IAR Systems Software, Inc. v. Superior Court
A California Court of Appeal opinion reversing a finding by the trial court that the alleged victim company in an embezzlement case was a member of the prosecution team and therefore required to disclose material, exculpatory evidence in its possession. IAR Systems Software, Inc. v. + United States v. Joseph

+ People v. Mora
A California Court of Appeal opinion reversing our client’s murder conviction in Alameda County because of the trial court’s exclusion of third-party culpability evidence and finding error in the court’s admission of improper hearsay. People v. + People v. Eubanks
A California Supreme Court opinion holding that the prosecutor’s office had a conflict of interest after it accepted financial assistance from the alleged victim company in a trade secrets case. People v. Eubanks, 14 Cal.4th 580 (1996).

+ United States v. Howard
A Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals opinion reversing an order revoking our client’s pretrial release. United States v. Howard, 793 F.3d 1113 (Ninth Cir. July 17, 2015).

+ People v. Guzman
A California Court of Appeal opinion reversing our client’s convictions for serious sex offenses because the charges were barred by the statute of limitations. People v. Guzman, 2006 WL 636797, No. H028326 (Cal. Ct. App. Mar. 22, 2006) (not reported).

+ People v. Laiwala
A California Court of Appeal opinion finding our client not guilty of trade secret theft, reversing the trial court’s guilty verdict and holding that insufficient evidence supported the charge. People v. Laiwala, 115 Cal.App.4th 850 (2004).

+ Murray v. Superior Court
